The Hurricane Ike Texas Rise and Connect project was created by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) with a grant from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to help Texans recover after Hurricane Ike. Many families still need help making plans for the future, getting answers and finding resources. This project provides disaster case management and connects people with the services they need to rebuild their lives.
